Interviewing the fisher folks of Brgy. Cogon, Roxas City, we found out that they call the months of January to March as months of “kuchicha sang dagol”. They explained that these are months when they would enjoy plentiful harvest (“maayo nga pagpanagat”) and their yield in just one operation could reach up to 100 kilos!
